On Saturday, September 9th, Washington State Poet Laureate Tod Marshall will be at Centralia College for two engagements. During the day he will teach a poetry workshop at the Southwest Washington Writers Conference in the Walton Science Center. Click here to sign up for the writers conference.
At 7 p.m., he will hold a poetry reading at the TransAlta Commons.
Tod Marshall, a professor at Gonzaga University, earned a master of fine arts degree from Eastern Washington University and a doctorate from the University of Kansas. He is the author of Bugle, winner of the Washington State book award in 2015, and The Tangled Line, both published by Canarium, and Dare Say, from University of Georgia Press.
